  • Broccoli and Farro Stew w/ Capers and Parsley

    Ali Slagle’s Broccoli and Farro Stew from NYT Cooking. Vegetarian/vegan stew that is surprisingly hearty. Nice garlicky punch too. Adding roasted mushrooms works super well in terms of variation.

  • Kale Reuben

    Chris Morocco’s Kale Reuben recipe from BA. Solid vegetarian option. Not beholden to classic Reuben ingredients, works well with other cheeses besides Swiss and also sturdy thicker cut bread other than rye. Could also just be called Kale sandwich.
